Nikki began her musical career with piano lessons at age 7 in her home state of Iowa.  After high school she toured with the Iowa State Fair Singers and Jazz Band as the pianist in the band, and later worked as a staff member for the group.  She taught middle school special education for 5 years, coaching sports and teaching piano on the side.  She resigned from teaching at the public schools in favor of owning her own piano studio and Mary Kay business.  In the fall of 2008, she met her husband, Lance, and moved her piano and two dogs to Anderson, Indiana, where she currently teaches piano, shares Mary Kay, tutors, and substitute teaches.  She joined 2zzNuff in September of 2009, and is ecstatic to be working with such a talented group of musicians.
